- Training takes place online over 4 - 6 weeks (depending on group size and gameplay time).
In the training you will learn:
1.) How to create, open, hold, and create a safe space.
2.) The mindset to help others get into for the best experience of the game.
3.) How to help others phrase their intentions for the best results.
4.) How to keep them on track throughout the game so they dig deep.
5.) How to help others communicate to their fellow players respectfully and appropriately.
6.) How to help players reflect and embed the value you got taking it into their lives for the transformation to happen.
To be certificated you are assessed on holding a session, the assessor attends in person, online, or assesses you through your own recorded session you send in.
