Birth, Year and Relationship Cards
I’m going to help you uncover a few invaluable secrets…
Your purpose in life.
The lessons you’re learning this year, and in any given year, past or future.
The purpose of your life-long relationship and the lessons you’ll learn together.
All this by ascertaining your birth card, year cards and relationship cards through (3) quick and simple equations, which taken together unlock a whole wealth of meaning that isn’t necessarily evident day-to-day.
These equations give you a number and each number represents an archetype - which is a primitive mental image that exists in our collective unconscious, inherited from the earliest human ancestors. Tarot means ‘Book of Life’ and the ‘Major Arcana’ in the Tarot translate as ‘Major Box of Secrets’. Our purpose grows through from our roots and unfolds throughout our life and together we’re going to unearth your purpose...
Please listen to the ‘Understand Your Life Purpose’ audio below to receive deeper insightful explanations on the Major and Minor Arcana, and how they correspond to each other.
So... get a pen and paper, along with a cuppa, snuggle down and see what comes up!
Your birth card represents your lifelong purpose. To find your birth card simply add up the digits of your date of birth, for example:
If your number comes to above 21 then deduce it by adding the two digits together, for example: 3 + 4 = 7
Card number 7 is the Chariot / Cancer where the soul feels the call to prove itself.
Take your number and look it up in the Major Arcana list below.
Year cards represent shorter term lessons.
Find your year card by following the same exercise but replace your year of birth with any year you wish to look into - past, present or future, like so:
1+1+0+8+2+0+1+ 6= 19
Card number 19 of the Tarot = The Sun.
The number 19 also deduces to 10 (1+9). When you have a double digit number (lower than 21) you can read that number and also the deduced number - these are known as ‘Tarot Pairs’. When The Major Arcana (Fool’s Journey) is laid out in its natural circle, just like the Zodiac, the paired card is often found almost opposite the other and it tends to be the ‘opposite sign’ in Astrology.
To find your relationship card, firstly work out the birth card numbers of the two people concerned and then add them together, for example:
Mrs Anon 11/08/1977 = 34 deduced to 7 and Mr Anon 30/5/1973 = 28 deduced to 10
7 + 10 = 17 deduced to 8
The lifetime relationship purpose is the Star and Strength.
YEAR RELATIONSHIP CARDS
You can also look at any of the shorter year lessons within a relationship by adding the year numbers together, for example:
Mrs Anon 11/08/2009 = 21 then 3, Mr Anon 30/5/2009 = 19 then 10
3 + 10 = 13 then 4
The year of marriage purpose is the Emperor and Death.
